How We Work

We start with a 3-month sprint addressing your biggest problem. From there, we continue with ongoing strategic guidance.
3-Month Sprint
Two calls per month, plus the time required to support the business.
Month 1
During the first week of engagement, we ratchet up on the analysis we did pre-engagement. We swap questions with spreadsheets, getting access to and an understanding of the technology environments beyond QBO.
From there, we focus on your key issue. By the end of the first month, we have a complete understanding of the business's current state, how we got here, and what’s required to move forward.
Months 2–3
This is execution time. We need to start making moves so that the changes can start cycling through the business as quickly as possible.
Ongoing
1 call per month, plus text/Slack access and additional meetings as needed.
Now that the business is on the path to meet our standards, we install the systems, cadences, and processes that ensure we execute on that expectation.
This means:
Monthly financial reporting analysis
Operational KPI performance
Balance sheet maintenance
Growth trajectory monitoring
Decision-making guidance and collaboration
